33 year old female...weight gain, acne, tiredness, hair loss.. what's wrong with me?!?

So, I'm in my mid 30's and feel like I am trapped inside a lifeless body. Despite eating sensibly and running about 4-6 times a week, I have continued to put on weight. I think I've gained about 25 pounds in the past 4 months. Despite never having a problem with acne or pimples, my face is a war zone. I clean it nightly and have tried a thousand products with no success. I even have breakouts on my back and especially my shoulders... it makes me embarrassed to wear sleeveless shirts!. Despite being happily married and a having a beautiful toddler girl, I am moody and consistently up and down. I get in real depressive moods and literally don't get out of bed for an entire day.. then, the next day I seem fine and go on with my life as normal. Recently, I broke out with a rash all over my back. I have headaches daily and my hair sheds so much when I shower. So, any ideas? I just hate feeling like this.... Anyone experienced this before? I'm just afraid of going to the doctor and being told that ';everything is normal'; when I know I do not feel normal.33 year old female...weight gain, acne, tiredness, hair loss.. what's wrong with me?!?
It sounds like celiac disease, which is an autoimmune disease that results from eating gluten. I had ALL those symptoms. It's really bad about causing depression, weight gain, headaches, rashes, fatigue, acne. A lot of people with celiac disease recall having acne since they were like 7 or 8. I had it probably starting around 7. Try eating a gluten free diet.

It could be the process of menopause- if you go to the doctor, they will know for sure

They can also prescribe you med for ance and cream for your arm and back. Just be sure to mention that.

You could be pregnant again- which is another reason you should go to the doctor.

Its better to go than be sorry cause you never know what it could be
Go to your doctor and get your Thyroid levels checked out.

I had the same problems as you do now and it was my thyroid that was causing it all. Here's a link to webmd.com and I looked it up for you. You have all the same symtoms...

Sounds like Lupus?

Go to a doctor.
menapuse
stress. try some yoga.
There's a Visnine for that!
Actually it sounds like your hormones are going crazy. You need to go see the Dr. and get some medication for your hormones. This happened to my sister in law, she was terrified because she was loosing her hair. Once she got the proper medication though her hormones became normal again and everything went back to normal. Unfortunately us females go through this without anyone ever telling us it can happen and what to do about it. I wish you the best.
