Could my my hair falling out be caused by my weight loss? :/?

I've lost 13 pounds so far, and eating 1000-1300 cals a day, and burning 200-300 a day.

But my loads of my hair has been falling out D:Could my my hair falling out be caused by my weight loss? :/?
Increase your calorie intake to about 1700 minimum. - Your body needs this amount of food.

The amount of exercise your doing seems ok. (Not too much not too little).

Also take some multivitamins.

I think omega 3 oils are good for the hair.

Also vitamin B should help.

Also have more fruit/vegatables and protein in your diet.

How long did it take you to lose that weight? Loseing weight too fast is unhealthy and not good..

EDIT:

Quote ';It took me a month and a bit to lose 13 pounds.

I want to lose a further 28 pounds.';

Ok a month and a bit to lose 13 pounds??

Nope that it definately not good and is probably the reason of your hair loss.

Losing that amount of weight in so little time can have really extreme consequences.

The hair loss is a sign - a sign for you to slow down. - That your body need's more nutrients. Trust me - before it gets too out of control i seriously think you should listen to your body.

Like i said before increase your calarie intake to atleast 1700 (idealy a bit more), take multivitamins. Make sure you eat proper meals - breakfast, lunch and dinner.

If you don't your periods might also get affected, your body will 'feed' on your muscles, to give it energy. (And this includes the heart muscels - leading to heart failure..)You'll mess us your motablism - making it extremely hard to lose more weight. You'll feel dizzy, weak, tired. Might get depressed, short tempered. Seriously, eat properly. The consequences for not doing so are too dire.

You don't want this to develop into an eating disorder - they are horrible horrible things....

Oh and whats your weight and height?Could my my hair falling out be caused by my weight loss? :/?
YES poor nutrition will cause you to lose your hair. In order to avoid this, eat more protein. I was a vegetarian for a while and lost handfuls of my hair as I was losing weight. I realized that by adding more protein to my diet I was able to continue with the weight lose but stabilize the hair loss. Also, not eating enough and losing weight in an unhealthy fashion will cause you to lose your hair just as drugs and stress will cause you to lose your hair. Start eating healthier and pop a multi-vitamin every day and you will be fine. Also, iron pills.

peace
Counting calories is a great way to lose weight, but what you eat is extremely important. You have to eat things that are nutritional. Otherwise your body will turn on you and you will experience things like hair loss and skin problems.
if you've cut your intake a lot and aren't getting enough vitamins, it could be a problem. If you're only eating 1000-1300 of whatever you could be making yourself sick, you need proper nutrition, even during a diet regime
Possibly, it depends on how quickly you're losing it and if the 1000 ( a bit low) - 1300 calories are good calories or just eating one high calorie meal a day.
grab a multivitamin..... everyone should be taking one of those a day for their entire lives... no calories i dont think, saves eating veggies
Yes, from stress on you body and/or incorrect nutrition.
absolutely!
Yes. That's a very, very low calorie intake. It is almost impossible to get all your nutrients when you eat that little.
Yes, it could be because of your weight loss.
yes,!
