Clotrimazole, Miconazole, chlorhexidene, ketoconazole.
Oral anti fungal are also used in select cases. They have the potential to cause side effects, so their use is confined to specific situations.
Healing time is usually several weeks as the hair grows back; however the animal can remain contagious during this period. If you go with a natural treatment such as supplements, topical and medicinal herbs, you can expect a similar healing time, but with added advantage of strenghtening the body to prevent future recurrences.
Drugs do treat the surface problem BUT THEY DO NOT GET AT THE SOURCE (THE IMMUNE SYSTEM). I personally do not recommend the ringworm vaccine.
You can give your labrador a natural diet, raw foods and daily doses of vitamins and minerals, while avoiding chronic use of drugs and vaccines, should give your dog the ammunition to fight off any exposure. You can also add extra fatty acid supplements, antioxidants and skin-enhancing vitamins and minerals to his or her diet for the next several weeks. These include zinc and fish oil. When reinforcing the immune system of your labrador it will greatly reduce the risks of contracting ringworm and many illnesses and diseases.
It is important to wear latex gloves when applying any fungal remedy on the affected area. Since fungi is everywhere it is almost impossible to prevent exposure. So be careful my friend and do routine hygiene consisting of washing your hands frequently and keeping your pets hair coat clean.

Go to the vet and get some meds for him/her.
There is a special medicated shampoo you can buy. Go to Petsmart and read the labels...Good luck!
As agroomer that has seen alot of hair loss cases. I have found that alot of my clients used Apple Cider Vinegar on there dogs. It is known to cure alot of ailments. It is something that won't hurt her or you. And you can bath her in it, or even sray and leave it on.
Have tried all the microbial shampoos that the vet has to offer? Those really can dry out the skin and make if difficult foe hair to grow back.
When you are bathing your dog make sure you rinse the shampoo out thoroughly. It is hard to do at home, Take her to a groomer to get all the soap residue off hwer.. They have a good sprayer to get soap off!
Anyhow the vinegar should work!!
A good vererinarian
You took her to the vet and they did a skin scrape (obviously) and gave her meds. If it is an infection meds should have helped. Does she have fleas or a flea allergy or any allergies? If not, has there been any change in her environment? A new home, new person, new pet? Any change in environment can stress your pet. Consider all this and if none of the above applies, maybe you should get a second opinion from another vet. A fungis should be treatable with meds or elimination of what is causing the fungus. Good luck.
you have taken her to a vet...and the meds didnt work..try some over the counter tinactin...give her lot's of love...give her some linatone...supplement to condition her skin.. she may be stressed out to the max...keep the faith..all will pass..if its not flea allergies on top of the fungus..try scratch x it will stop any itching and allow her skin to heal...time will tell
TAKE YOUR DOG TO THE VET...TO MAKE SURE THATS WHAT IT IS...YOU COULD DAMAGE YOUR PET MORE IF YOU TREAT HER FOR THE WRONG THING. GOOD LUCK
