3. Achieve a healthy balance of dietary fats.

Oh yeh! This is really a cute mix to do a hot oil head massage. This will give a new life to brittle hair. Mix 1 tbsp. honey, 1 egg yolk, 1/2 tsp. almond oil and 1 tbsp. yogurt. Apply on hair and keep for 30 min. Wash hair with shampoo. You can do it once a week.





Hot oil massages with Olive oil and coconut oil


Mix well 1 tsp. of olive oil and 3 tsp. coconut oil and warm it. Mssage well into the scalp. Make sure you applied evenly to every part of scalp and hair, including tips. After 30 min. take a shower using shampoo.








Hot Oil massages with Egg %26amp; Olive Oil


Now you can try Olive oil with an egg. It helps to hair growth.


4 tablespoons of olive oil and an egg, mix well. Spread over hair and keep it for half an hour. As usual rinse and use shampoo.





Hot Oil massages with Coconut Oil

If you swim in chlorinated water do the above treatment once or twice in a week continuously for few months.








Aloe vera moisturizing pack


Blend 1 tbsp. aloe vera gel and 1/2 tsp. lemon juice. Add 2tbsp. olive oil or coconut oil. Mix well and apply onto the scalp and hair. Wash your hair as usual after 20 min.





Honey/Castor oil hair pack


Mix 1 tbsp. honey, 2 tbsp. Castor oil and 1 egg yolk together. Apply this mask hair from top to tips. Wrap hair with a shower cap and leave it for 45 min. Wash hair and shampoo well.
