Is there any solution of hair loss???????????

i am 28 years old and i am suffering from hair loss problem i use the television add product like evermartin ,than i use ayurvedic clinic herbal medicine oil , paste of dr rohit shah of gujrat i get him in internet he said that he cure 9000 thousand patient by not able to cure me when i comlain him after using his medicine 9 months and i sent my hair photos he said now there is no chance of growing hair how a doctor says this type of statement i donot understand..my problem is not heriditary in 2006 im suffering from typhoid and in 2005 i get an accident which is very serious and i go through a brain sugery thats it...i there any medicine for hair loss and hair regrow.??????Is there any solution of hair loss???????????
apply castor oil and seasame oil mixed together for 20 min this helps in the growth of the hair. and also apply curd mixed with lemon juice before washing hair it will make ur hair shiny and softens them and a good remedy for dry scalp
