Solution for dandruff and extreme hair loss???

im 25 years ,losing hairs like hell(baldness started appearing). i suspect danddruff is one of the major cause. so help me givin some tips inducing new healthy hair and get rid of dandruff.Solution for dandruff and extreme hair loss???
Consider having your thyroid checked. Dry skin, hair loss, brittle nails are some of the signs of hypothyroidism. Has anyone in your family had thyroid problems? That would increase your chances of having thyroid problems as well.

Simple blood tests (T4, TSH, T3) can determine your thyroid levels.

Also consider consulting a dematologist to rule out seborrhea.

In the meantime, use mild shampoos specifically geared to help alleviate dandruff and moisten your scalp...(Head and Shoulders). Nizoril will help if the cause of your dandruff is fungi.

Best of luck to you. I imagine these symptoms are kind of scary for you, but once the cause is determined, then a course of appropriate treatment can be implemented!

Here is my hair loss advice :

Been on minoxidil ( R0gaine庐 ) for about a year and a half and have not seen even the smallest amount of regrowth that i almost fell into depression.

My hair only started visibly growing on the bald spot after skeptically trying out the various natural techniques to re-grow lost hair @ http://www.regrowmyhair.info

I would highly recommend this easy to follow step-by-step guide with pictures to anyone who is suffering from hair loss right now. But remember this isn't a miracle cure for baldness as you will also need to put in some effort in order to see results. And its only a minimum commitment of 15 minutes a day to help re-grow your lost hair.

Anyway, its also a cheaper and effective way of re-growing lost hair compared to those unnatural ways which may involve harsh chemicals that may have side effects.

.
One herbal treatment is to take the succulent leaves of an aloe vera plant. Squeeze the gel-like liquid out on your palms and massage into your scalp and hair. Leave it in for an hour and then shower and shampoo it all out.

Try not to wear tight hats for a while as the friction will cause more hair to fall out. Keep your scalp healthy and clean so the hair follicles will be clear for new hair growth.

Also, perhaps you lack calcium and iron? I know when my sister was pregnant, she had extreme hair fall-out and her obstetrician gave her mega-doses of iron and made her put powdered milk into her regular milk to fortify her calcium intake.

And finally...if I may inject some humor here...

Q: How do you avoid falling hair?

A: Step aside!
try out Thyme rinse - have mild antiseptic properties; helps to alleviate dandruff.

Thyme rinse: Boil 4 heaped tablespoons of thyme in 2 cups of water for 10 mins. pour over damp, shampooed hairs, making sure liquid covers the scalp. Massage in gently. Do not rinse.

i hope this will help you.

it might be in ur genes!! but... my answer to you is that dont take a bath with very hot water because it can cause you loss hair.. r u putting gel or wax to ur hair? if so... pit Gel or Wax to your hair when your hair is dry.. it can cause you dandruff and dont put too much Gel/wax.. it can cause dandruff too...
if u scratch it off with your nails, it leads to baldness. and the hair that area never grows back. use an ADS everyday if you have to. use very little. dilute and apply only on roots.
