I am 20. I have a receding hairline, and I whenever I touch my head, even lighly, my hand has hairs on it, hey fall very easily.
I noticed that when my hair falls, most of them have a little white chunk on them. sometimes even two hairs are combined in this chunk. It resembles the stuff in pimples. most of them are at the root end of the hair, and some on the middle. When I wake up, my pillow is loaded with fallen hairs, every night
any ideas how to stop this? what is causing these white things? could it be that i dont clean my head/hair enough? Sometimes im hessitant to clean hard becuase sooo many hairs fall out..
are these white thinks normal for balding hair?
thanksHair loss question. little white chunks at ends of fallen hair?
thats your scalpHair loss question. little white chunks at ends of fallen hair?
that sounds like the follicle root and, at 20 years old, you may be able to stop (or at least delay) your loss rate if you go see a dermatologist before it gets too bad. derms are experts in hair and nails in addition to skin. he/she can determine a cause and treatment plan for you in person. good luck!
no this means that u clean it tomuch u need to lay off clean ur hair every 3 to 4 days this will help a lot it help my dad a bunch
Everyone has those white things, at the top - the root of the hair. It's like a piece of the scalp, where the hair is attatched to. Nothing you do is causing them. They're just normally there.
Balding is genetic. If your parents have thin hair or are balding early, you will, too. You cannot stop it. It runs in the family.
Many women love men with receding hairlines, and bald men too. It shows maturity and life experience.
Have you had lice recently becuase it may be the eggs... and it could eb dandruff but that wouldn't cause the hair falling... i dont know for sure or why your hair is falling but the white chunks are probably your scalp... go to a docter
