Is there no solution to hereditary hair loss?

I really want to know if there is still some solution to hereditary hair loss. I m loosing hair really fast at very young age and I see no end to it. Can anyone suggest me if there is any treatment to help stop it.Is there no solution to hereditary hair loss?
