Hair Growth Products: Is there a product that works for stopping hair loss?

I understand that everything you read about preventing baldness and hair regrowth is an advertisement. Even news articles that discuss ';surveys of hair growth products'; are actually not real news articles but are advertisements in disguise.





However, can anybody (who is not being paid to talk about it) tell me about something that can stop hair loss?





I am just starting to get thinner up top and I would be happy if I could just have it stop. Regrowth is fine, but I am more worried about it getting worse.
