Vitamins are essential for proper hair growth. For healthy sebum in the scalp we require vitamin A. Graying and loss of hair is arrested with the intake of Vitamin B6 and B12. Keratin is produced by Biotin and hair follicles are kept healthy by inositol. Panthothenic acid and Para-amino benzoic acids are also beneficial. These vitamins are present in fruits such as lemon, pineapple and strawberry and in vegetables such as potato. http://hairlossinfor.blogspot.com/I cut my hair yesterday and i hate it its to short! i have this product thats for hair loss.. should i try it?
thats not gonna make your hair grow longer.....its gonna make you grow new hair...
I used Mane %26amp; Tail shampoo to help my hair grow longer. I think that really worked. At first it may seem like it is doing nothing, but keep going with it and it will.

Just make sure that you use conditioner because I found that it made my hair kind of brittle.
Bioscal is specifically designed to combat hair loss and promote new hair growth. Having said that, no doubt the nutrients it contains will help with growing your hair out and keeping your scalp in a healthy condition.

There are other products on the market that are designed to speed up hair growth, especially if you have made a mistake with your hair style. One I am familiar with is F.A.S.T. (Fortified Amino Scalp Therapy). It can speed up hair growth by up to 45% so you don't have to wait so long to get your long hair back! See the link below if you want more information.

It must be said though that it does take time for hair to regrow, even with using a stimulant. So some patience is still going to be required and some experimenting so you can at least live with the shorter hair until it grows longer!
