Hair shedding or loss?

I have fairly long hair. It seems to be everywhere in the house even though I keep it in a tail most of the time. Is there anything I can do short of cutting it to prevent or slow it down some?

I know exactly what you mean! Though there isn't much you can do for it besides using products to strengthen your hair, shedding is natural- embarassing but natural. Everyone loses about 150 hairs PER DAY! And if your hair is dark, this will be all the more noticable.Hair shedding or loss?
