Hair loss from weightloss...solutions?

A couple of years ago, I lost a great deal of weight beginning a few months after having my last child. As a result of both the rapid weightloss and the hormonal fluctuations after pregnancy and breastfeeding, I lost a fair bit of my hair. Unfortunately, this has never really stopped (it slowed down but didn't stop). Has anyone had any experience with this and found a solution?Hair loss from weightloss...solutions?
About 50 to 100 milligrams a day of vitamin B6 taken for one or two months helps decrease hair fall. A medicine rich in sulfur is also recommended as sulfur plays an important part in the structure of the hair. Well a few years ago, I lost a lot of my hair when I went on a low-fat diet. I wasn't getting enough protein to keep my hair healthy.

What is your diet like? Are you getting enough protein every day? Make sure that you are, because protein is vital to the health of your hair.

Even if you think your diet is okay now, add a little more protein just to see what happens. It might take a while to notice the effects, but I bet it would end up helping you.
